Genesis Hydraulics cylinder technicians are factory trained with years of experience in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

CAPABILITY

When we disassemble a cylinder all tolerances are checked and recorded and a failure analyses is performed. We contact you and discuss, in detail, our findings and recommendations. All turning milling, grinding, honing, lapping and welding are done in our fully equipped workshop. Before rebuilt cylinders leave our shop they undergo a rigorous testing process in two procedures. The first test measures the stroke in closed and open positions using a pre-set computerised laser. The second test is a full leak and bypass pressure and operation test to ensure the cylinder meets or exceeds OEM specifications.

ECONOMICAL SOLUTION

Sometimes it proves to be more economical to replace a component than to recondition it. At Genesis Hydraulics can manufacture any part or fabricate a complete new cylinder using the customers sample cylinder of a working drawing, or we can us our extensive network of suppliers to provide our customers with an OEM replacement at a completive price.
